Great location!!! Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway musicals, MSG, Penn Station, subway entrance and great food and coffee spots. We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms are a bit small for multiple people and luggage, but hey it’s NYC and how long are you in the room:)) Nice hotel restaurant also.

Great family stay in a fantastic location We had a great stay at EVEN Hotel on 35th Street. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the subway, shops and everything you need to explore New York. The whole team were brilliant—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We particularly loved the games room, which was a great bonus for our family of four, and the gym was excellent too. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting New York. We’d happily stay here again!

I had an excellent stay at EVEN Hotel New York - Times Square South. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Penn Station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was quiet, clean, and felt very safe throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

We had a great stay here! Staff is always helpful and friendly. We requested two extra comforters and it was delivered to the room within five minutes. Room was cleaned every day perfectly. I like that they were self serve food and drinks downstairs and a self serve checkout made it very convenient. The location was very close to the Subway. The entrance was nice and clear for Uber pickups. I’ll definitely stay here again thank you!
