The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day with replenished water. The room had a very small so be prepared. There are only two elevators and the wait can be very long at times. Location in lower manhattan is very accessible to the subway and lots to do nearby. The room was very quiet as well.
