It was conveniently located very close to subway which was a huge advantage. The overall neighborhood was good, and the stay was also comfortable for us. Rooms were clean, and the view from our room was also really amazing. However there were additional per day charges which we had to pay before check in and those were not told/communicated before or when we booked the place. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The room is spacious. The kitchen is generous with a tall fridge and freezer. The entrance of the building is poor. I was not sure if the room was cleaned properly. I was chocked that all dishes, forks and knifes was sitting dirty in the dishwasher! The staff was kind during my stay.

This place was really nice as Sonder but the building itself is still nice and in a great location. They charge extra fee per day at check,that was annoying with no amenities or breakfast but they may be trying to charge for location. Otherwise good stay

Pain to get access code. Not a system I’d subscribe for Be ready to wait hours for get in. I’m in NYC in a time crunch. If you are automating a system it better work. Rooms were decent though

Very conveniently located next to the court square station. Easy to get to manhattan, and only one train from Penn station which makes it so easy when arriving and departing. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the room was spacious. I love white noise and city sounds when I sleep, so it didn’t bother me that the subway line was next to my window. If it’s too loud for you, download a sleep fan app and just play it. Other than train there was no noise. Target, bodegas, shopping are all within a block. I’m hesitant about sharing all of this because I don’t want the price to go up or for it to be fully booked when I need to visit!

Convenient... gym was great... access to everything.... rooms are amazing and extremely comfortable.... the infused water in the lobby is sooooo good... the next door deli/food/grocery/smoothie all purpose convenience store is off the chain... and access to a billion restaurants in LIC and seconds to the subway... and connected to parking lot... LOVE this spot!

The check in process is super slow. I never got an email confirmation for my passcode and I took few hours to get to the right rooms. And no storage space for placing the luggages. Despite all the hustles- the space is exactly like the photos that they show, very clean and spacious. Location is great too.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed. After long days walking around New York, it was a great place to come back to and actually relax. The location was perfect for my trip. It’s extremely close to the subway, which made getting around the city really easy, and it’s also within walking distance of food, shops, and anything else you might need. Being close to Gantry Plaza State Park was a huge bonus too — it made for a beautiful walk and a great view of Manhattan. Overall, this was a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for easy subway access and a quieter home base outside the busiest parts of Manhattan.

Good location and helpful staff, but we were checked in 30 minutes late (4:30pm instead of 4pm like we had originally expected). We reserved a room for 4 adults but checked in only 3. And were provided one king bed instead of 2 queen as we expected. The mattress was worn-out and sinking.

Very spacious rooms, close to subway, safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the building once you figure it out - the hotel didn’t give me the check in instructions until after check in. I had to call a few times to get them to send info. The building still says Sonder on the outside, and the WiFi info in the rooms are the old Sonder details. Overall, I’d recommend as after I gained access it was a nice stay!

Just like the pictures very clean place, check in a little diferent then usual, but it work good get email from host with all info i need. I have a king bed room with a amazing view of manhattan at night.. i will use this place next time im in NYC
