The front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were comfy and the room/bathroom were fresh and clean. We felt very safe at this location. It was a great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms. Super comfy and quiet. Staff terrific and friendly. There is also a water bottle filling station in th basement - a Culligan filtered system. Sounds dumb but that is the stuff that’s important to us. Lovely bagged continental breakfast quietly delivered to your door each morning. And super close to all the venues you came to see in NYC.
