Room in very good condition. Staff nice. Like this hotel for its reasonable price (on Expedia), close to many stores, eateries and transportation. Like decor and layout (feels European). A clean and quiet environment (able to sleep, read, study). My only criticism would be their towels. Don't look or smell clean. THEY DO NOT USE CLOROX WHICH THEY SHOULD.

The only positives from this place is that the bed was soft, it had blackout curtains and was fairly quiet. Otherwise this place is nasty- not clean, dirty towels, disgusting floors, things are broken, it’s a place that is worn and tired. Hope to never have to stay there again.

They need to change their pillows, it’s so flat that u need 2/3 pillows. The bed is good and comfortable but the front desk guy was horrible, took too much time to check in and asked pillows several times like 4 times and got smelly pillows. They didn’t have any napkins inside and the AC was noisy but it’s okay because it’s noisy almost everywhere.

The location is fairly close to JFK Airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility quite elegant on the surface. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. BUT! It was hard to get into the room because one of the security features was jamming it...fortunately a staff member with muscle was nearby and forced it open for me. The toilet had a leaky flapper valve and I had to fill the tank with water from the ice bucket in order to flush it. The sink drain was partially clogged, draining very slowly. The refrigerator was either not working or unplugged, possibly both. And the thermostat was set to 55F!

Overall location was great and staff was attentive. However, our room on the second floor reeked of smoke. We were there just one night so we didn’t want to make a room switch because ultimately we were just sleeping there. All of our clothes smelled and our hair. The sheets were stained and not clean. Underneath the air conditioner was an old vape and garbage that was NOT from us. I just feel more attention should be towards cleaning the rooms more efficiently. The floors didn’t seem swept or mopped.

Hotel was decent, it was close to Belmont Park where we had concert, there were many other concertgoers staying too. It was clean enough and the staff was nice, but it was very small and tight. For a quick night it was fine. But if you’re planning to go to Belmont Park UPS Arena- it’s not walkable. And after the concert Uber wouldn’t take the short rides because they wouldn’t make enough money so although we were super close, we probably should’ve just drove…. waited over an hour for an Uber. The guy said he only picked us up because he heard her kids in the background and felt bad. So just a heads up if you’re staying here for a concert.

I used to book rooms here about maybe 3-4 years ago, it was “My go to” hotel in Queens. Rooms at the time were new. Everything was perfect!. I just recently spent 2 nights here back to back. Unfortunately, things have changed. The pillows & bath towels are not the best. In “run down” conditions (bring your own if you can). New ones of both are desperately needed. The air vents in the rooms I stayed in were loud when on, both sinks were sort of clogged, took a while for water to go down, shower sliding down would not stay. Everything else was decent. Love the TV as always, WiFi is great, and the staff are amazing, nice and attentive in the best way possible. This place has a lot of potential to be the greatest hotel in the Queens Village area. Plus they have smoking rooms!. This is MAJOR plus don’t even take that away. Will book again but I’m bring my own pillow and towel :)
