Perfect midtiw location

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Valet parking expensive but very well worth it and delivered car within fifteen minutes of requesting it. Rooms and accessible shower very comfortable. Perfect location

Hotel is in a great location right on 5th avenue, across from the Library and close to shopping. The room itself was ok. The carpet was dirty in the bedroom and the black out shades had two sections with a 6 inch gap in between which allowed a ton of light in waking us up very early. The staff at the front desk was great but others were not as nice. I was literally hung up on by one staff member when I called to get my car brought up from valet and then when I called back i was placed on hold for over 8 minutes before I eventually just gave up.
