"Was a great hotel for the 1 night we visited. Our flight arrived pretty late in the evening, so with a short walk from Narita airport from a long day of travel, it was great to be able to get some sleep. Room was clean and quiet"

"I stayed a long time, more than a week and the tub was dirty all throughout. The rest was okay though. Pool was ok, hot tub needs an upgrade. A lot of mildew. The staff were lovely. "

"The room was clean and quiet and bigger than the typical Tokyo hotel room. There was a variety of breakfast options including yakult and vitamin supplements for those over 18. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The free airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel was surrounded by a garden and the view from our room was lovely. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Overall, highly recommended especially if you need an overnight stay prior to your flight the next day via Narita airport."

"Make sure you include their breakfast buffet when booking your room. It's worth it! Only complaint was lack of any nearby walking distance restaurants/shops. But with their free shuttle we were able to visit a mall and had takeout from there. That shuttle is wonderful as we also took advantage of it to/from Narita airport. Room very clean although some furnishings are looking a little worn. Staff was easy to understand (we're from US) and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Would stay here again, especially for free shuttle availability."
