The area was safe, close to a number of convenience stores, only five min walking distance to a train station and within walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel located in quite place but we could walk to everywhere, also the railways station that not far from hotel, then you can use the train to transfer to the tourist attractions that so convenient. Front desk always greeting us with warm welcome and smile. They really take care all deatils of the guest. So appreciated and for sure we would love to stay here again. "Our stay at the Shijo Takakura Hotel grandreverie was great! It was the most memorable room of our trip to Japan, a great design and lots of space. The stone shower and bathtub were especially luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive. It's the one place we'd immediately go again!"
