"The staff at this hotel understands details. Every little detail from the breakfast to the room was perfect"

"Excellent location and absolutely stunning apartment. Very clean and boutique like. The only thing is no elevator, it was difficult for us because we had many big suitcases. But if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable stay in the city center this is an incredible property."

"Location is great. Near transportation and everything was walkable. Room was clean, lobby small, but had great coffees and other drinks available, as well as natas. On the downside, rooms are quite small and there was no where to put toiletries in the shower. Sink counter was also very small. Wouldn’t advise room 100. "We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!"

"Marvelous property. My room had a terrific view."

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"It was a great trip!"

"The room is clean. The sauna and steam room were switched off well before the closing time."

"Late birds is a little oasis in the heart of Lisbon. Immaculate and very tasteful. The staff are very helpful and a breakfast is good. Location is excellent near plenty of good dining options and bars, with the main tourist Attractions a 10minute walk. Lisbon was an absolute joy and LateBirds likewise, will definitely return"

"El hotel se encuentra en una avenida con mucho comercio de grandes marcas, hay restaurantes, Buena ubicación,exelente servicio. Desayuno muy bueno."

"The hotel is so pretty, great amenities, amazing breakfast, cool design and the location is the best in Lisbon. Barrio Alto has so many things to do, everything at walking distance. There is also a local clothing designer when you enter the gate to your right that has amazing women’s clothes btw! Made by her"

"Great location. Walkable to many things! You can walk out the entrance and you already have a selection of different restaurants to walk to close by. Close proximity to Rua Augusta and also the train station if you need. The staff was very helpful, most especially the front desk receptionist (I wish I remembered her name). Rooms were clean and well kept. Everything worked great. Our room was quite tiny but honestly it did not bother us - just something to keep in mind for people expecting a lot...
