Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping.

The Palacio Ludovice hotel is a beautiful 5-star historic hotel with excellent service and a fantastic location. The concierge staff were extremely helpful in arranging outstanding private tours, making restaurant & limousine reservations, and placing beautiful flower arrangements in our room before arrival. The hotel restaurant offers superb evening meals, excellent wine selections, and even included a beautiful fado performance our first night dining there. There are many great restaurants in the area such as La Fiorentina, and a fantastic pastry & sandwich shop for breakfast fare north of this hotel. The Palacio Ludovice is one of the best places to stay in Lisbon.

This was the most amazing hotel experience! The location was ideal, the room was exceptional, and they brought treats to my room daily. Our stay exceeded every expectation. The level of hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable, with our room refreshed daily, and every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, tasting just as wonderful as it looked. We were also pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including elegant postcards, delicate macarons, and a complimentary bottle of wine, all of which made the experience feel even more special. The hotel’s location could not have been better. It offered breathtaking views and was perfectly situated within walking distance of excellent restaurants, popular attractions, and even the art museum, making it easy to explore the area without relying on transportation.
