"This is a great hotel. Food was great, breakfast was included. Staff was always friendly. 2 small things that could be better. First, no usb ports anywhere in the room, if you are coming from the states remember to bring plenty of converters. Curling irons, steamers and phone chargers all need a converter unless you want to be unplugging things constantly. Second, the pool has algae or something in it and it comes loose anytime anyone is in the pool so it makes it look dirty and it was not...

"I can’t wait to stay at Lumiares again. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). The spa was really nice too- had a fantastic deep tissue massage by a male masseuse...

"Perfect location! Diego was sooooo wonderful, from the beginning, helping us with luggage, making us feel so at home, to cooking an amazing breakfast everyday and super helpful with tips on how we could enjoy Lisbon to the max! We’ll definitely coming back!"

"Sauber große Zimmer teilweise (je nach Buchung) mit einem kleinen Balkon. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Keller ein Fitnessstudio, im 6 Stock eine Bar mit Außenterrasse (auch der Frühstücksraum hat eine Außenterrasse) und im 7. Stock gab es noch eine Sonnenterrasse."

"Awesome property and close to everything in Lisbon. Walkable to all the main locations in 5-15 minutes. Honestly you guys should advertise more about the location. Is one small street off one of the major downtown areas which made it a lot quieter which was great."

"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...
