It is a little challenging for taxis to collect directly at the hotel, but this is because of narrow busy streets and to be expected in this part of town. Just something to be aware of, but a good trade-off to be able to stay in this area. Great breakfast, helpful staff, and our room was maintained beautifully. No complaints."

"This hotel is so friendly. It's a very small hotel that trips you like a member of their family. Fair warning, the single rooms that don't include breakfast are low budget. it's a closet, but once I upgraded (<$50 a night for the upgrade) it was a double bed, nice bathroom, and it included the breakfast (which is nice). "Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay. We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury."
