Nice location in the historic center with a lovely dining area for breakfast overlooking el Panecillo. Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Fresh potable water was always accessible and everything was clean and inviting.

Amazing location convenient to many historic center locations. Very clean property, very nice rooms, and breakfast every morning was quick and delicious. If you don't want noise from the street consider one of the rooms that does not face the square. Our room looked out to the square and we enjoyed that very much, and the balcony doors do well to decrease the noise (road noise decreases greatly after 8:30p). We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to visit again.

The hotel is quaint and has an historic charm. The staff is helpful, welcoming and pleasant . There is a very nice breakfast in a nice space on the roof top. The hotel is on a busy square, so at least from our room it was a bit noisy. Then again part of the charm, here, is the old town location.

Great little hotel in the historic area of Quito. Very walkable and also close to a subway entrance (San Francisco) to get to other parts of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The arranged for an airport pick-up for us and also an early morning ride to the airport when we were leaving.
