Truly an incredible stay - pristine, beautifully decorated hotel with a large and very comfortable king bed, easy Uber to nearby tourist attractions. Room was very clean, charming and comfortable. Interior of hotel is quiet. Rooms on front are much more exposed to street noise during the days. Hotel was very accommodating and arranged for transportation from airport and on to our next destination in Mindo. Breakfast was cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. We ordered dinner one night and it was excellent too. Rooftop offers gorgeous views.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Amazon (luxury) room and it was great. Loved the bed ! Firm and really comfortable! Soaker tub and complimentary wine was also nice. Freddy in the restaurant and all staff were great. We walked to centre of old town from the hotel within 10-15. We felt safe in and around old town Quito. Previously we were in Brazil, so this was a nice change. While elevation isn’t super high (2800m approx) we did get altitude sickness for about 18 hours. We dint expect it so we didn’t take medicine in advance, but when we did, it helped. Breakfast was nice. Pretty simple but nice ham & eggs, etc.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It is a small family owned business close to everything. The management is very friendly and helpful, anything you need they will do everything they can to help you. The food is equal to a gourmet resturant. If you have a special need or request they will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Definitely the place you want to stay when your in Quito.
