"Lovely little hotel in a great area with exceptional staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. The shower itself was amazing (six body jets, a handheld shower head and rain shower) it just needed a little TLC. But the staff cleaned our room every day, replenished the coffee pods and switched out the towels too. I loved that it was on a quiet side street but very convenient to the hustle and bustle of Paris. I would stay again!"

"To start, the management of CitizenM knows what they are doing and have exceeded my high standards in every way. Modern, high tech, convenient, beautiful, efficient, very friendly, comfortable like a home, intuitive to every need, logical and simple controls of some very nice features not found in most hotels. From iPad mini control of every room feature, seamless control from you phone to auto light and shades, cool colors, to prompt delivery of delicious food to a special night cap of the best chocolate lava cake with French vanilla ice cream.
