"Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and were so supportive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! "Booked my trip to Costa Rica to celebrate my birthday with my sister. Madelyn made all the arrangements; from arranging our airport pick up and drop off to booking all our 3 excursions pre arrival. She also upgraded us to the villa garabito from the premium casita with a stunning view of the Arenal volcano. I have never had such a smooth trip with everything taken care of pre arrival. Our rooms were cleaned daily by Josie. Fresh towels provided and was spotless. A cute towel animal was placed...

"My balcony view of the Arenal Volcano in morning was breathtaking!!! The breakfast buffet was amazing fresh and well stocked and clean. Everything was delicious and fresh made passion fruit juice was so refreshing. All staff were amazing and friendly. Pura Vida!!! "

"If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. "
