"The property needs upkeep in the type of room I stayed. The mattress is ultra hard, I woke up with a backache my first night. Also mattress need to be checked for bed bugs. "We were a couple staying in our room but the hotel would only give us a single key. This single key also energizes the room aka main power switch to all the lights and AC.
