This hotel was SO beautiful! The room was huge and clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the Andaman Sea. They do not serve any food except breakfast (which is good) but they are walking distance to the pier for the ferry to Railay and they offer a free shuttle into Ao Nang for dinner which has a million options.

The hotel is generally fine and quite clean, but the bed linen really needs to be replaced — it’s worn out and the colour has become greyish. The pool is nice, but there are not enough umbrellas, so you need to move the sunbeds yourself to find some shade. Breakfast is à la carte and costs 200 THB, which is convenient but the selection is quite limited. The room is missing a bathrobe, the TV offers only a few channels, and the balcony has only one chair — which is not ideal for two guests, as one person has to use a chair from the room. One major highlight is the view from the window — it’s absolutely stunning, truly first-class. However, the boats speeding across the sea do create quite a bit of noise. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the staff — the reception ladies are extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.

Our stay at this hotel in Krabi was nothing short of fantastic! The property had a beautifully aesthetic design, creating a soothing and inviting atmosphere throughout. The view is incredible. Below the view of stunning ocean and mountains though is a dilapidated circus (maybe old waterpark?) looking area that is fairly out of place. The introduction at the front desk was not the warmest welcome we’ve had in Thailand. Some tables and nightstands had dirt and stains that we were easily able to get some off with a wet tissue so it seems they are not wiped down regularly. Towards the end of the stay ants began to gather around the bathroom sink. We don’t like to make a fuss so we did not complain, I’m sure they would have cleaned or found us another room if requested.

Very spacious room! View is amazing! Nothing beats it! Keep in mind its location. It’s isolated so you need to drive to anything nearby. If you have a car or bike, then you can access other spots easier but if not, it can be challenging to do so.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das Hotel hat auf den ersten Blick wirklich schöne Zimmer, aber leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit Ameisen. Wir mussten zweimal das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Ameisen überall waren – im Bad, auf dem Bett, im Gepäck, sogar in der Zahnbürste und den Toilettenartikeln. Ich musste auch meine Tasche leeren und ausputzen, da sie voll mit diesen Ameisen war. Oder beispielsweise tauchten sie einfach plötzlich in der Taschentücherbox auf und diese war komplett voll mit Ameisen. Es war wirklich unangenehm. Als wir das Problem das erste Mal gemeldet haben, hat die Rezeption überrascht reagiert – als wäre das völlig neu. Beim zweiten und dritten Mal war es dann fast schon Alltag, was gezeigt hat, dass das Problem offenbar bekannt ist. Ein Refund für die restlichen Nächte wurde abgelehnt, also mussten wir bleiben und uns irgendwie arrangieren. Dazu kam noch, dass ich wegen eines Wasserschadens im Handy nach einer Schüssel Reis gefragt habe – und einen Teller mit Reis voller Ameisen bekommen habe. Die Zimmer waren nicht richtig geputzt, es hatte überall Flecken, Hand- und Fussspuren, Staub und Spinnennetze. Der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert. Der Service war insgesamt eher schwach, und die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war oft schwierig. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel und den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Schade, mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt wäre es sicher ein viel angenehmerer Aufenthalt gewesen.

Los servicios están un poco deficientes. Te llevan el desayuno en la mañana al cuarto a la hora que ellos deciden así que no tienes mucho control sobre la hora del desayuno y te llevan el único platillo que tienen así que si eres alérgico o no te gusta, se desperdicia. En general no tiene servicios hoteleros como tal. Casi no entienden nada de inglés así que la comunicación es difícil para gente que no habla Tailandés. Al final de la estadía no servía su terminal así que pagamos los gastos adicionales en efectivo y no contaban con cambio, sin embargo al poco tiempo nos lo llevaron a la habitación antes de que la transpiración al aeropuerto llegara. Fuera de eso, la gente es bien intencionada y se nota el interés auténtico por parte del front desk por que tengas una estadía agradable. Me gustó mucho la alberca y el tamaño de la habitación la cual en equipamiento y diseño está bastante bien. Si vas a estar mucho tiempo en el hotel y tienes la intención de disfrutar de sus servicios e instalaciones no lo recomiendo, pero si tu objetivo es pasar la mayor parte del tiempo fuera es una opción muy buena en economía, espacios y limpieza.
