There were dirty spots on the carpet and visible dust on furniture. However, it's not a bad place. So it's tricky to rate. The location is great and it's quiet and safe. The room is spacious for Japanese standards and the shower is amazing. It was wonderful having our own washing machine. There was no iron however."
