"Confortable et assez bien situé"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel"

"Lovely hotel, clean and the staff were friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and buffet breaks had a variety of food"

"Great location, Clean room, Nice staff"

"The property is centrally located and easy to get around. The room was big and clean. The WiFi was, however, very spotty or very weak at times. I booked the room on Expedia and one of the reasons I booked it was due to the availability of airport shuttle"

"Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One...

"Reception doesn't provide information unless you ask them .. may be at that time many people come and asking questions so they may ignore you"

"Perfect location with spacious rooms. Slightly outdated but very well maintained"

"Great breakfast .. great variety .. menu offerings differed daily, while breakfast staples were always available, arranged airport shuttle to airport, helpful front desk, spacious room .. very comfortable"
