"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "We arrived as per usual bad travel rules and parked where we thought we were instructed to park-the staff was so helpful! The son of the owner literally jumped in our car and personally escorted my husband to the right parking area. While he was gone the owner reassured me, showed me in a map where everything was and another young man helped me with our bags to our room (and yippee they had an elevator). The room was awesome, the location ideal-a perfect way to end our trip to Italy!"
