Personale molto gentile e disponibile Mini appartamento molto carino (premetto che noi abbiamo solo pernottato perciò non riesco a dare un giudizio sull’attrezzatura della cucina) Posizione ottima ,dista dal centro storico 5min a piedi(porta San Marco) Quartiere molto tranquillo con un sacco di posti per parcheggiare (gratis) Camera con tutto quello che serve letto un po’ piccolo ma molto comodo Aria condizionata Pulizia perfetta Se voglio trovare una nota negativa e’ la mancanza del bidet e la ventilazione nel bagno. Lo consiglio Io ci tornerei

Une nuit à Lucca.

Très bien. Tout est neuf dans l'appartement. A 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Endroit très calme. Seul bémol, il faut aller chercher la cĺé en arrivant dans un endroit situé à 1 km de la maison. Un peu contraignant après une longue journée de visite ailleurs.

We liked the location and the fact it was quiet.The bed was comfortable. Kitchen adequate but would have liked electric kettle. It was wet weather and we had no control over heating as it was put on remotely and only occasionally during our weeks stay. We appreciated the clean towels and linen everyday. A welcome pack was not included ie info on nearest shop. So more difficult when travelling without a car. Lucca is a wonderful city and a few little touches would have made us feel more welcome at this apartment.

Il check-in si effettua in una struttura abbastanza distante, senza che ci fosse stato comunicato prima. Nei dintorni non ci sono bar e supermercati e non essendo prevista la colazione è necessario spostarsi un bel po'. Per il resto tutto ok.

Not expensive so you know what you are getting and all was grand except there was nowhere comfortable to sit in the evening, a choice of either plastic chairs or a sofa bed, otherwise no complaints.
