Great property! Very easy check in and out, clean and comfortable spaces, and equidistant from two great neighborhoods and Underground stops (Earls Court & Kensington). There was a small issue during our stay and management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay

Lovely place to stay for a few days, very convenient and lovely apartment. Our only issues were the main communal door should have a soft close hinge as others guests just let it bang to at all hours. Also the flats above should have sound proof flooring as we could hear footsteps, suitcases being unzipped and showers running. Kitchen facilities were perfect to make breakfast and light meals.

I stayed for 3 nights the room was lovely but I didn’t sleep properly all for 3 nights as the walls are very think you can hear people walking around every little sound you could here. Also the neighbours were playing music all night I had no sleep at all during my stay.

Honestly just give it a go! Perfect location.

I had a lovely stay here, it’s a great location and there was so much storage in the apartment so it was perfect. Close to Kensington, Knightbrighe (Harrods), Gloucester Road! A huge supermarket less than 5 minutes away!

Slightly disappointed that the apartment wasn’t ready, though I was assured it was going to be ready by the time I checked in at 10:0am for a fee of 20 pounds.

The code didn’t work upon arrival so I had to sit outside in the rain for almost an hour before management responded to my messages. Once inside, I discovered four flies buzzing in the tiny flat. I killed two but became worried about cleanliness. The television wouldn’t connect to the wifi so it couldn’t be used. During all of this I reached out to property management and they never responded. I called Expedia and they couldn’t get a hold of management either. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. They sent a “sincere apology” email but refused to refund my payment.
