It was renovated, and looked modern. But the bed and pillow were too soft for my taste. However I was so tired after walking around every day, I slept easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the washing machine in the room. We were walking distance to 2 Tube stops and easy bus route to Paddington train station.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive and room service came by and changed out trash daily. The only negative thing I have to say about my stay was the bed was very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very easy and efficient check-in. Conveniently located near Bayswater Underground station, a short few minutes' walk away. Also close to Hyde Park and walkable distance to a Sainsbury's and a M&S for delicious and fast meals so you don't always have to eat out. The flat has everything you need: nice, clean comfy bed, kitchenette, 2-in-1 washer-dryer, and a full bathroom. A great place to have a nice, quiet, comfortable stay.

Lovely location, me and my partner try and stay in Kensington area if we can and this was a great place to stay, well priced and nice natural light in the room. However, the mattress was awful, probably the worst two nights of sleep I’ve had in years, would 100% stay here again provided the mattress was changed to a softer one.

It was a great room, had everything and more that you could want (microwave, dishwasher, washing etc). Clean room and staff were lovely. The windows were what let it down quite considerably where they were very tatty and even had a leaflet in one to try and hold it closed.

Aside from a few damaged items in the apartment, this was the perfect space for me and my partner, we especially loved the kitchen. The TV wasn't useful for anything more than limited cable TV. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and cafes.

Great location. Tiny room but it had all the amenities and room was ready even when we arrived early. The main problem was the washer- dryer in room didn’t work. The manager helped us use the common one on 3 rd floor but if they knew the one in our room didn’t work they should have let us know at check in.

Staff was helpful and nice. Location was perfect the flat was very comfortable. Our unit was missing a frying pan but staff was helpful in obtaining one for us. Having a washing machine was a life saver for our weeklong trip. A drying rack would have been helpful but we made do. I would stay here again.

The location and services were really good however, in the small room, there’s a light above the door that constantly flashes and we did not know how to turn it off so we would have a hard time sleeping because it would flash brightly in the middle of the night. Also there is barely a bathroom fan so there was minimal airflow in the bathroom.

I had a great stay here. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Full size bed, kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. Place was clean, had an elevator and located in a great area near the train with restaurants and grocery stores.

I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by
