Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again.

Hands down one of the nicest apartments I ever booked for London. Great area, there’s a huge shopping centre nearby (Westfield) and central like is close to get to Soho and Co. within 20 mins. It gets rather warm during summer but a fan was provided.

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! Very convenient location, close to the tube, local eateries and Westfield shopping centre! Great communication. The apartment and hallway/staircase were clean and presentable. The only negative was how hot the apartment itself was and could really do with a fan in our (short) summers but beside that I would happily return here!

This apartment/flat was great. Super clean and very well maintained. I really appreciated how clean everything was and it had everything I needed for a great stay. Check in was very simple and explained well. Yes, it was a bit hot for some reason but overall an awesome accomodation and perfectly located for travel on two underground lines and national rail

Excellent

Excellent stay, the apartment is easily located and in a great area. It has everything you need, very clean and modern & safe. It can be a bit noisy so I would recommend earplugs. However there is nothing I would change about the stay, excellent and very happy with my stay.

Great little apartment-tiny for two but who spends time in the room while on vacation? Huge shopping mall nearby with great restaurants and the tube is just a short walk. No parking anywhere nearby so don’t plan on bringing a car. Staff were great by phone. We didn’t use the cleaning crew but the place was spotless. The only drawback was the bath - smallest I’ve ever seen that wasn’t a half-bath but we managed. I’d stay again.

Great deal for a lovely apartment

The apartment was in excellent condition, like new, and perfect for a weekend or night stay. This stay was a great steal: just over £100 for one night in London to get a spacious and practical apartment. The apartment was packed with much-needed necessities: tea and coffee with a kettle and coffee maker, ironing facilities, shower gel, and soap, which are just what you need for a short stay. Comfort-wise, the bed was standard, quite soft and cozy. Situated in the middle of Shepherds Bush, it is a perfect location near the tube station, O2 Empire and Westfield Shopping Centre.

Modern, clean property, decor looks new. Got everything you could need. We had the top floor room at the rear and it was quiet. As other reviews have noted, room does get warm, even with no heating on, and it was too much even for December, but it cooled down with the windows open. Plenty of transport options nearby and restaurants in the Westfield shopping centre.

Great Hidden Gem

Great room and experience. Although on main road, reasonably quiet. Newly decorated and clean. Kitchen area a bonus. Iron and ironing board was useful. A full length mirror would have enhanced the room and been useful. Will definitely use again.

Great apartment with one drawback

Very spacious apartment considering the area. Extremely convenient location with lots of shopping and eateries nearby. Well connected with Shepherd's Bush station nearby. The unit is clean and well-maintained with most of the conveniences you'd expect. The one and only drawback is that it is very warm inside the unit. With no AC and only a small fan it is quite toasty despite the outside temperature being only 15C. Perhaps a ceiling fan would be much more helpful if installing an AC is not an option.

Convenient location in Shepherds Bush

A really convenient location and good value. The room was a good size and the cooking facilities were adequate. The only slight quibble in the room is that access to the shower was quite tight for a larger person. Other comments mention the comfiness of the mattress. I found it very comfortable. Communication over the checking in process was excellent.

The email communication was excellent beforehand but nothing in the studio. The bed was not a full size double. There were what seemed to be A/C controls but they didn't work. We were there on the hottest week of the year so far, so it was boiling hot! We were on 2nd floor, I won't miss the stairs!! We had to keep the blind down to keep the sun out, opening the window just let the street noise in. A very busy road. Lots of choice to shop and eat. Westfield Centre is just behind.

Tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny

Bed is tiny and I mean tiny. This size bed is a King Single in Australia. Designed for one person. Not a double. Had legs on floor to fit. If you don't need to open a suit case then the room will be big enough for you. It is so noisy - all day, all night - it doesn't matter how small the bed is as you can't sleep anyway. A circus is across the street that goes to midnight just to make things a little more noisy. However, the room is so hot, that you need to almost have cold showers to keep cool. Unfortunately, the shower is so small that a small child would have some difficulty getting in it. I guess you could always open the window, but just lets in more noise. I would definitely recommend this room if you are a child travelling with a lunchbox. Being hard of hearing would also be of benefit if you stayed here. At least the room was clean.

Unfortunately I cannot give this more stars as due to two nights of hardly any sleep and being extremely tired! My daughter and I stayed here due to the good location to the television studios - we were going to be in the audience of Loose Women. When we arrived at the apartment on opening the door we found it was very warm inside. As the day went on it got warmer and warmer to a point that we were getting uncomfortably hot. We tried to turn the thermostat down, but it was actually on the 'Off' position. Neither of us could sleep, our hair and clothes were soaking. At midnight, we opened the front door to get somd cooler air in, which i wasn't comfortable with due to feeling a little unsafe about it. The following morning we rang the help number given and they came whist we were out and via a text, said that the thermostat needed to be on the 'Off position- which it was. We hoped that they may have sorted the problem, but no, it was still very hot when we arrived back. We were fed up with it at this point, we found a little fan in the wardrobe, set it up on the windowsill next to the bed and opened the windowsovernight. The fan was noisy and we couldn't get to sleep and i didn't like the windows open over night, so, hardly any sleep again!! The basement apartment (no.2), decor was good, clean and modern, nice kitchen area, no toaster though, bathroom was what you would call 'bijou' so small that you could hardly get into the shower. The bed wasn't comfortable either. Shame.
