I stayed at London Stay Apartments for a week , I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice with nice comfortable bed , kitchen , I would recommend this place and bus stop right out the door and Surrey Quay station and Mall are a 10 minute walk , the staff are very helpful and nice

Property is super clean. If arriving before or after office hours, instructions are sent on how to access the room. Do not expect service or someone at front desk outside of these hours. For the value and location however, I would recommend - especially for one person.

Overall good stay

Lovely room, with everything you need. Nasty stains noticed on stair carpet. One was a large bleach stain and the other looked as if someone had vomited. Otherwise would return. Staff friendly, handy location and rooms clean and good size.

There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

Place was really nice and comfortable! The place had a good powerful fan, otherwise it was a bit warm. Our room had noise from the road but the windows insulated from that decently. They allowed me to check in early at 12:00 but they charged me for it 20pounds.

Convenient for the O2.

Clean, good shower even tea, coffee and a microwave. A short walk from Canada Water tube station, very convenient for the O2. Good price too.
