Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel
"This is an older hotel that has had a facelift / updating. When you first walk in you definitely smell all of the air fresheners that they have going all the time. Not unpleasant but if you have issues with scents, this will give you a headache. - Checking in is a very slow process. Bring your patience ..."
