"The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again."

"Upon Arrival the Room I was Staying in had Not been Cleaned or Prepared. I reported this in Person to Reception. They got the Cleaner onto the situation. Credit due it was Cleaned out and Prepared satisfactory but this should have been all done before I arrived. Later in the Evening I find out that ..."
