"Nice hotel"

"Great location to tube station."

"Stairs were very steep but staff helped with suitcases"

"The hotel was well situated for public transport. Our room was quiet which was much appreciated in London. Staff at reception from a trainee on Saturday to anyone we spoke to were really warm and friendly. Always willing to help and give information. The room was clean and comfortable, and had good amenities. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. More fresh fruit would have been nice."

"We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station."

"Vor Anreise wurde uns ein Zimmer im 2. Stock zugewiesen.

"Great location and overall nice hotel. Breakfast great, lobby bar is great. Close to the overground. Great neighborhood hotel with some great pubs within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"We booked this hotel for many years because is really good in many ways. Perfect location quiet street, clean , friendly staff. We recommend it for any kind of vacation or business trip"

"Overall okay"

"We were quite disappointed with our stay due to several issues with the room. The toilet was not working properly, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, nothing was done to resolve it. The TV casting also wasn’t working. We were told that someone was working on fixing it, but unfortunately, it was never resolved during our stay. The food was nice, which was a positive part of our experience, but unfortunately, the problems with the room really let the hotel down. It was frustrating...

"Lovely hotel and terrific room! We enjoyed the extra space and the kitchenette. Staff was great and the housekeeping was impeccable."
