Mercure London Earls Court
Despite offering car parking, was not avaliable on the day due to being full so had to park at a hotel around the corner. Would have been good to let us know this ahead of time as they had an event on causing the car park to be unavailable, they would have known so a courtesy email ahead of time ...

Hotel Lily
What a dirty room, windows didn’t lock cos the handles were broken off and left on the window ledge. The walls had foam infill to patch up cracks. The toilet ran constantly all night and the traffic noise from outside was horrendous all night. Other than that it was a real dump.
