"Hotel was well situated with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby however room looked a bit dated and could have done with a deeper clean. The grout in the shower was stained, fabric on the furniture had stains and there was spilt coffee on the table when we checked in. "

"Excellent location! Very nice, quiet street with shops nearby. Close enough to roll suitcase from tube station which is on line with Heathrow. Easy public transportation to all sites but walkable to palaces, Hyde Park and downtown sites. "
