"Solid little hotel and a great option for south Brooklyn (there aren't many). The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were soft. "First of all, I had a difficult time getting in touch with customer front desk by phone. My sisters and I called several times and each time no one picked up the phone. The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning.
