"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."

"The Only Think I Wish They Had Was A Parking Garage Or Parking Lot It Was so Hard Finding A Parking Spot Other Then That It Was A Good Hotel"

"We like the following"

"ddf"

"It was really good and the train stations its near just 7 minutes walking"

"Was fine for price but dirty and smelled of smoke"

"Great staff , clean room, small bathroom"

"There were not enough chairs in the breakfast area only 1/2 of the tables had chairs"

"Pleasant front desk people Clean room Good deal Some other guests were a bit loud (thin walls maybe), but that’s not the hotel’s fault Thumbs up"

"Not a bad little hotel. Approximately 10 minutes walk from the subway. Good restaurants nearby. Standard continental breakfast, but it’s included which is helpful from a budgeting standpoint. Would probably stay here again"

"The room was clean and very comfortable, towels and wash cloths were old and worn though. The air conditioning worked well and I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Considering the prices of hotels in NY, I really can’t complain at all for what I paid to stay at the Phoenix. I would actually stay there again if needed. My room was next to the street so it was really noisy, especially on the weekend, thank god I can sleep through anything, if you’re looking for absolute quiet this might not...

"Good location"

"No wardrobe nor a place you hang your coat!!!"

"DO NOT stay here. Don't be fooled by the seemingly nice photos in the previews. We actually didn't even end up staying here because the room had no air conditioning and was totally gross. When we arrived for check in it took over an hour for the room to be ready, only to find out it was completely unacceptable inside. The mattress didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. The room had to have been 85 degrees I don't know why it was so hot. We left and now expedia won't refund us because the hotel...
