"Really cosy and an ideal location. The only negatives were, Parking was a bit of a challenge and the bed was a bit bobbly bedding wise. Other than those a fantastic property which has everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"Lovely comfy room Great Breakfast Fabulous location and Staff"

"Very good value for money. The hotel is in a great location and our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade"

"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"Comfortable and clean room, felt very cosy. Only downside to the stay was noise from the street below until the early morning which we hadn't experienced at previous visits"

"We had a lovely stay! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The location was great, and the apartment was lovely – comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Free breakfast always nice"

"Great location for the arena Nice to use a Yorkshire theme in some elements of decor Quiet room Clean room Bathroom a little small Not prepared for breakfast at opening time. Buffet breakfast not hot"

"Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!"

"I really enjoyed my stay but the only negative was I was on the top floor and late on in the evening the noise was terrible coming from some kind of generator."

"I really can’t express how disappointed you will be. Staff felt like they really don’t want to be there. If you like broken beds, dirty dusty rooms, cutlery that’s not been washed, beans that are not even no frills, the whole place is like something out of horror movie. I could go on for ages. Stinking towels is like a speciality"
