Perfect location for a traveller using trains, busses and their feet to explore. As a single older person, this hotel was extremely comfortable, clean and safe. Morning breakfast was the best during my last 2 weeks of travels, and the price was fair.

Having stayed at the Queens Hotel several times, I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, combined with its central location to all of the shops, pubs, restaurants and bars in Leeds. Despite its proximity to the train station, the hotel is remarkably quiet; therefore, a good night's sleep is par for any stay.

Lovely warm hotel. Room was clean and I liked that you offer a more green approach to housekeeping. Breakfast was okay, plenty of choice, the staff were lovely and friendly. All the staff were I stay at the Queen's every time I'm in Leeds, and will continue to do so.

The Queen is an excellent hotel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The the furnishings decor and rooms were to a high standard. The bar was well stocked and well staffed. Main criticism is the only restaurant there is Indian cuisine and if you fancy something more traditional you had to go elsewhere.

Top notch hotel in the Centre of Leeds, and with the convenience of being within the confines of Leeds Central Railway Station. The Hotel is charming, and still retains its historic architectural details, much to the benefit of guests. The staff are very good and do go beyond expectations during check-in and also whilst you are in residence. Five star Hotel and recommended to you!

Perfect stay

Perfect location in the central of Leeds. Very warm welcome upon check in and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was modern, clean and all the amenities you’d expect, with great air con! Breakfast was lovely and tasty in a relaxed setting.

Very clean and tidy hotel staff very helpful especially Dean who managed to find a comfortable pillow for my wife who suffers with neck pains Only negative not hotels fault was difficulty getting dropped off to hotel due to the ongoing road works Which resulted in us using rear entrance via station which was not ideal due to my wifes limited mobility

Exceptional service from check-in staff who upgraded our accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The hotel itself was very quiet considering it is in the city centre.
