"Stayed 2 nights in single room with shared bathroom. Very basic but sufficient room for my needs.Shared bathroom close to my room. Shower very hot and couldn't seem to reduce the temperature.
Main issue was check in ...they wanted photo ID proof. This wasn't mentioned in check procedure, luckily l had an ID badge through work but a couple checking in at same time didn't and we're told it policy that they couldn't stay without Photo ID ...not sure if they got a refund .. probably not "
"A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment. "

"Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm.
