"King room was big, clean with a really comfy bed. The shower was big with no issues. Only problem we had was the TV didn't work. They rang me back after I whatsappd them and offered to switch rooms, but I declined because it was late "

"We had a most enjoyable stay. We were able to check in early and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night. The gym was week equiped and clean"

"This hotel was excellent. The decor was lovely, it was clean, the staff were exceptional, and the food both breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The location was great, walkable to anything you may need. I’d recommend this to everyone staying in Leeds."

"I've stayed at this hotel a few times and always loved it but I was disappointed this time! Room thermostat didn't work + sink blocked. No-one came to change towels, empty bins etc. Breakfast was terrible on first morning - no cups, plates, cutlery, juice or some food items! Everyone was waiting for ages! Scrambled egg wasn't nice! Has put me off returning in the future!"

"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"Great staff who were helpful, however the room was poor for the cost, very old styling and carpet was not clean, water left in the kettle. I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel as it’s a great location. But would not chose to stay hear again as there are much better hotels for the cost of this one. "

"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"Can’t fault it for a value for money bed for the night ,impressive shower and cleanliness and staff very helpful when I arrived early. "

"The room was spacious and clean, just what you need for a base for a family visit. The pool is small but nice, water not cold. The breakfast is fantastic, with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The area is a modern office heavy area but with coffee shops and local tesco/sainsburys to grab snacks etc. About a 10 minute walk to the station/main shopping area. Car parking is plentiful but is an extra charge to be aware of. A great stay, I think our third, we will be back."

"We arrived on the 12th of April all staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, we needed directions to town and info on parking they helped with that and a disposable razor was given on request. Room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. There was a great selection at breakfast, we liked the fact there was a microwave to use if you wanted to bring your own food although there was a snack bar and restaurant."
