Lovely reception staff. Very comfortable and clean room and bed. Complimentary snacks as well as the usual tea and coffee much appreciated and great to have bottles of milk rather than tiny plastic pots. Great value for money and the breakfast was delicious with a large range of options and helpful staff

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the room was clean and newly refurbished, the bed was comfortable and the shower was spot on. Although we didn't use the restaurant we did use room service and the bar which was excellent. The staff were very helpful and ready to assist if needed. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and is easy to find and a walk into town only takes 10 minutes, we enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Room had been refurbished and was clean and tastefully decorated. As well as having complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits there was also crisps dry toast peanuts and chocolate available. Also fresh milk to add to the tea and coffee

This hotel was fantastic. Great location close to the train station. The upgrades inside the hotel were very nice and modern. My only complaint would be that the nightstands don’t have drawers and there’s a real lack of drawers in the rooms. But slippers included with robes is a fantastic touch. It also happened that there was construction happening all night long right outside my room, which is not to do with the hotel, but was super inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and I would stay there again.

The room was beautiful, but unfortunately not soundproofed. Noise from parties in the hotel, the street outside, as well as other rooms and an unfortunate fire alarm going off at after midnight meant for two nights of little sleep. Great location for being in town, but better suited if you’re had a few lemonades and don’t mind noise.

Hotel nice on the surface but not entirely practical. Staff every nice and good location Lift dodgy, room didn't have a bath which was disappointing given the price and pictures showing one. Interior design of the room was nice but entirely impractical to get ready in as the lighting is poorly placed for mirrors. Breakfast was nice. Overall probably wouldn't stay again
