"Airport shuttle is scheduled for 3 times daily only. May not work for some flights. AC worked well. Fridge did not work. Limited breakfast options. Not much within walking distance. Hotel is clean and offered daily room service. Pool is well maintained."

The staff are 10/10 all of them are personable, friendly, and have the 100% hospitality culture attitudes I have stayed here so many times and will continue to return and recommend this gem of a resort to others. The room was excellent, got an upgrade overseeing the golf course, the bed, so comfortable. The breakfast was complementary and well presented daily. Dined at the restaurant almost daily and had room service on one occasion. Good food, presentation all 10. Excellent gym and facilities. Walked around the area to a 7-11. Passed many mega mansions along the way. This resort is very affordable for all it offers. A great escape or a place to decompress after or before a flight! ❤️"

"staff is excellent. Some of the things are kind of wore out like the shower, and the shower did not get hot. The price is very good. It's weird location in that. There's really nothing there. But it is safe."

"My family loved our stay at Herma! It is a modest, clean hotel, with an open concept of shops by the lobby, open to the public. The highlights were the toys in the room and the pool, and the common room. We had meals delivered by Grab, and were able to eat comfortably in the common room. When traveling, toys is often something that gets left at home, so my kids appreciated having some to use during our stay. The only challenging part of our stay was the constant traffic on Bangna Trad. While google maps would say something was only 20 mins away- if often took much much longer- so no fault of the hotel, just a note on it's location. "
