"Amazing location for a long transfer at BKK. The staff are amazing and housekeeping is excellent. The rooms are looking terribly run down and dated and are well overdue renovations. We used the Atrium lounge for a drink and a bite to eat. The staff were all really friendly and professional in there, and although some items were not available we really enjoyed our refreshments. Its a great location to unwined over a beer after a long journey. "

"I only had one complaint and that’s what they advertise free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which they do not provide. They only provide shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. That was very disappointing."

"I couldn’t even go to my stay because I was not allowed to leave the airport on my layover. There should be a disclaimer that people coming from other areas of Thailand will not be allowed to leave the airport to access this place. The “airport” in the name is misleading."

"Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. There is no shuttle bus to the airport but staff will get you a taxi or Grab any time you want. Looks like the hotel is in the process of being modernised. Small reception at entrance but beautiful large reception round the corner is not used yet. Downstairs is lovely with gym, spa and pool area but the bedroom could do with some tlc. A local market and seven eleven across the road and a hidden gem just a 25min walk away. Walk along a canal walkway to Wat Hua Koo Beautiful, and no tourists to be seen. "

"staff is excellent. Some of the things are kind of wore out like the shower, and the shower did not get hot. The price is very good. It's weird location in that. There's really nothing there. But it is safe."
