"Hotel tout neuf, à une dizaine de kilomètres de Matera. Parfait."

"Lovely property. You need a car if going to old Matera. Grocery store close by. Pretty grounds and great pool (although like most Italian pools, not heated.) we found easy parking lots near the historic area so it is ok. The photos are deceiving because the spa whirlpool tub is not included - you have to pay 100 euro per couple to use those amenities. That should be made clear in the listing or they shouldn't show the photos. " Cave" hotel room is fun but only a window at door and in bathroom....

"Beautiful hotel, our room was outside of the building where the reception was, but staff took us to our room and it has the best view from the sassi, amazing !! We parked the car where they told us and a shuttle took us to the hotel. Great breakfast too!!"

"The hotel is amazing , super cute and comfortable. The rooms look like a remodeled cave . The staff was very professional and kind . The free breakfast was great . The parking is offsite and it’s quite a long walk. Pay the $15 for the shuttle , it is worth it ."

"We had a great stay here and couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The room was perfect for us, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. Staff went out of their way to help us and always with a smile. The spa is beautiful but sadly we ran out of time so didn’t use it. Hopefully next time!"

"Il bagno presenta alcune criticità, la porta semi trasparente satinata non è adatta ad una stanza quadrupla, inoltre no si chiude perfettamente riducendo l'intimità. Il lavabo era otturato e non è stato sistemato durante il soggiorno. La carta igienica non era sufficiente e abbiamo dovuto richiederla. Non ci sono appendini all'interno, gli asciugamani dopo il cambio sono stati riposti in maniera tale da non essere più riconoscibili. "

"Loved this hotel. Arrival was warm, welcoming and we had a lovely welcome drink. We then went to our room (room 8, a superior double). It was absolutely stunning. We had 3 balconies with magnificent views over the caves. Breakfast was within a cave (our room wasn’t - although was still sandstone and beautiful, without the damp issues of being in a cave!) - with a lovely choice including ample gluten free options. The lady who served us at breakfast was so kind, friendly and made us feel...

"The staff here are so accommodating. They contacted me prior to the trip to help ensure we had airport transportation. We were easily able to communicate. The front desk staff were lovely and speak English. They also helped us call taxis during our stay. The room was very nice with our own private patio. There is daily room cleaning. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The hotel is located in a central area in the Sassi. We were able to walk to most places."
