"Great location. Good size for us (a couple). Close to stations and walking distance to many popular areas, yet quiet enough that you feel you are far enough away. One caveat, there is some BBQ smoke that is sometimes quite thick coming from one of the restaurants close by. Some days are worse than others. Thankfully, there is a way to dry clothes inside the shower, as I would not put clean wet clothes outside. Sometimes the smell was also a bit strong inside from the smoke."

"It was great stay for my family trip. A house style setting with two separate room, which gives a glimpse of Japanese tradition. The rokm and facility are well managed. Very close to Shinsaibashi station and the long stretch of shopping archade. "

"大阪城から近く、周りにコンビニエンスストアや飲食店、目の前には公園があり子連れ2人旅にはとても良かったです。 ベッドにはタオルやシャンプー類や歯ブラシ、石鹸が丁寧に置かれており、洗濯機にすぐ使える洗濯洗剤が泊数分置かれていて、旅行中も洗濯ができるのがとても良かったです！ あと窓からライトアップされた大阪城が見えて綺麗でした。 残念な点はトイレの便座に黄色いガビガビした汚れ(恐らく尿が乾燥したもの)が付着しており、トイレの拭き取りシートやアルコールなどは無かった為、自身の除菌シートで拭き取った点と、お風呂場に長い髪の毛が落ちていた事、枕が加齢臭(男脂臭？)のような臭いがしていた事です。 完璧さは求めていませんが、少し残念に感じました。 是非改善していただけると幸いです。 テレビはありませんが、YouTubeやアマプラ、Netflixなど自分でログインして見ることができます。 地上波テレビが見られるようになったら最高です！ 大阪城でのライブで来る時は是非また利用したいと思います。"
