"Staffs were nice. They can speak English. However, if you seek a comfy room. This is not a place. Location: It is quite far from Kyoto town , only if you plan to visit Arashiyama. It’s ok to stay. For JR pass holder, you are entitle to ride JR bus, which enroute the ryokan. It will take 1 hour from Kyoto station to the ryokan. Be aware!! Room: not clean. I had small insect flew into my room. Facilities: Internet is very slow! Also, the toilet does not have a hot seat. Staff: one...
