"Great property. Modern, clean, close to some markets, connected to restaurants, many more restaurants nearby, connected to the train station, so many things to list. Bath house after a long day was nice. Laundry room only had 4 machines so there were quite a few angry people. We waited several hours for a couple of machines. Would stay again easily"

"I would have loved to have a washing machine available. Other than that, it was extremely comfortable and convenient! Walking distance to a 7-11, Lawson’s, Kyoto Station, and Avanti. Rooms were much larger than I expected them to be! Perfectly comfortable for 3 ppl. I could have easily fit 2 more ppl in there."

"The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the breakfast options were good too. It’s worth bearing in mind that the rooms were not serviced every day, as part of their hotel policy; but the service was available on request. Lovely Onsen too!"

"it was a busy hotel, with big check in groups. didn't feel anything special when checking in. If this is a 4-star hotel, it certainly was not one. We had a room on 2nd floor, that looked to the weed area on lower roof area. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but ended up leaving after 2 nights, there wasn't a wow factor in any way. Room was basic, bathroom was small. We bought buffet breakfast one morning and it was very meager - was not worth the price of $30. All in all, we would not stay there again."
