"We really enjoyed our stay at the cross hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was excellent for first time travelers to Kyoto. We were able to walk to most places we needed to go. The staff was helpful in guiding us to places we wanted to see and how to get there. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."

"The best hotel out of 6 we stayed in during our trip. What’s not to love: a fabulous welcome with a lovely complimentary welcome drink, room was beautiful and spacious, skin care packages , beautiful products for showering, very clean modern and well maintained, super friendly staff, amazing service and the most delicious breakfast. We will be back !!"
