"My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...

"One of our best experiences ever. Ching is amazing, and attentive, helpful and so so so kind. The villa itself is wonderful. Its beautiful and big. I do wish they had conditioner available as is always needed after a day in the sea + pool. but that is just such a minor gripe. We had arranged for breakfast each day (delicious), and dinner one night (amazingggggggggggggggg), and nightly spa treatments (divinee). "Our Royal Grand Pool Villa was absolutely beautiful and had a stunning sea view. The setting and grounds were well manicured and kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices of food types to fit all different kinds of tastes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only negative which was not a deal breaker was at checkout. We could not understand what the lady helping us was saying and when she walked away twice she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed. Overall we loved our stay and would most definitely return in the future."
