"Loved our time at Milestone. Excellent staff and rooms. We brought our 20-month old girl and felt right at home. Food and tea were great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London wanting to stay in an excellent location."

"Awesome location, but the rooms were very tight — we couldn’t even fit a luggage inside the bedroom, so we had to keep our things in the living room.”"

"This was my second visit to this hotel. I chose to return because of the location and overall pleasantness of the hotel. Staff is accommodating, rooms are clean (definitely on the small side, but what youd expect for central london), and the price is fair. This visit we had a room with a small balcony which was very nice! Breakfast was nothing special, bet adequate and plentiful. They will make espresso or cappuccino if you want t."

"This hotel is amazing in every way. The professional staff, the beautifully decorated rooms and the perfect location for our visit. It was a quiet street and just a block from Kensington Gardens. I will absolutely stay here again. "

"A surprising little gem. Immaculately clean and easy to get to. The rooms are tiny, but comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Great value and a good little spot! Will happily stay again!"
"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was serviced daily to a high standard. Recommend staying here out of central London as it's very close to central and district tube lines. "
"The hotel areas were nice, but the rooms need an update...paint, carpets and grout. The staff was WONDERFUL, and breakfast was awesome. Good location"
