"What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. "Spacious room, clean bathroom and an excellent location.
The breakfast was nothing special, but it'll get you started. The area felt safe, even in the evening and there were many metrolines, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Maybe not the best place if you want to hit the clubs, but a quiet safe location near a huge park was just what we were looking for. "

"We loved our stay. We got upgraded to 4 rooms from 2 rooms. Excellent service. The rooms are on the small side but pretty comfy and clean. Would go back. Such a good deal. Parking was easy on a Saturday to Sunday. We parked on street right outside of hotel for free. "
"This is my third stay in this excellent answer to my London trip needs. As always immaculately clean and very comfortable. Highly functional organisation of a small space that provides for everything including a tea towel. I don't know if the room walls are sound proofed but it is always quiet and private. The staff are always friendly and available and this time there was a difficulty with the hot water supply to my shower which was promptly fixed - so immediately not a problem! It is a quaint...
"The location was wonderful. And the unit was quite nice. We had an unfortunate hiccup with check-in which led to some stress for us, but it all worked out.
It would have been nice if there were a few more basics stocked in the kitchen. The only frying pan was teflon, but all of the utensils were metal.
Overall, it was a really lovely stay. The air conditioning was very nice."
