"Great location, only one minute walk to an access way to Kata beach. For anyone who is not familiar with Kata, there are only 2 small alley to access to this beach. Even though the map show your hotel is very close to the beach, it may take 1/2 hour walk, if it's not close to the access. That's why I said Chanalai has a great location.
Although hotel is not a brand new one, it is well maintained. In fact, it was just renovated. The hotel has all facilities we need - pool, jacuzzi, pool bar,...
"Great hotel in Kata! everything was soooooo so good;
- nice location which is close to everything and not far from beach.
- friendly and helpful staff.
- room is big enough for 6 person and suitable for family. It looks exactly the same as in the picture.
- cleanliness was good.
- There is promotion for pool bar, start at 5:00-7:00pm.
- breakfast was okay but not so much choice (there is no problem for us)

Kata Walking Street Market and Kata Night Market are a few minutes away along with lots of other shops so you have access to everything you need.
Kata Beach and Karon Beach are both 10 minutes walk away so you can take your pick."
