"We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen. "

"My family and I have stayed for 5days at Villa Sunpao and we had a great time here! The staff called Aew is very friendly and helpful, she gave us some suggestions for us to explore Phuket. The villa is nice but there is A little bit far away and the TV cannot be used during our stay. No local channels and hard to search the youtube via the browser. We hope they can fix it for the next guest. Besides, we are disappointed there is no housekeeping service during our stay but it has been shown...

"Our original booking got canceled from another hotal. I booked this from the Airport. This place is beautiful and welcoming. We had a short stay but we had a pleasant experience. "

"The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price."

"Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry."

The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Throughout our trip, our daughter unfortunately became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every possible way. Their compassion and support meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful. We highly recommend this resort to everyone and will definitely be coming back. "The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10"
